Pond AAA Coaching Staff:

We are thrilled to have a staff that truly cares about each individual and their  development as people and players. We have four head coaches, all with player experience at the professional and division 1 level.

Program Dir:  Trent Eigner, played at the University of Miami from 1990-1994. Trent was a three sport athlete in high school and was a captain in each one. He continued this leadership through his time at Miami and in his professional career.

Our Coaching staff for 2012 is below:

12U Team: Keith Revels

The Pond is pleased to announce the 2012 U12 AAA Team will be led by Coach Keith Revels. He is currently the head coach for the Farmington High School (FHS) boys’ varsity hockey team and Assistant Coach for the Farmington Youth Hockey Association (FYHA) U12-A team. Coach Revels has over 18 years of experience coaching hockey – 16 of those years coaching girls’ hockey at multiple levels – and brings a proven track record and a deep understanding of how to get the most out of his athletes. 

He began his coaching career in 1993 as an Assistant Coach for the FHS boys’ team and by 1995 was leading the FHS girls’ program. Over 12 years, Coach Revels FHS girls’ varsity teams went 218-85-10, made the State tournament three times, were crowned Section champions three times, won the Conference four times, and he earned Section Coach of the Year honors on three occasions. Coach Revels has also been coaching for the FYHA girls’ teams for several seasons beginning with the U8 team in 2007 and is presently the FYHA Girls’ Coordinator.
